Cost for a visa and how to pay

The fee to be paid by the visa applicant consists of two parts: the consular fee (“A”) and the visa service charge (“B”).

A.  The consular fee varies depending on the type of visa. The fees listed below apply at the ALMAVIVA visa service center and can only be paid in cash in Libyan dinars.

Please note: consular fees are subject to change at any time.

B.  Visa processing fee: 258 Lyd (the fee may change).

The applicant can independently choose some additional paid service.

ATTENTION with reference to optional service, please note that:

-these are additional and paid service

-are not an essential element of the visa application

-their use does not imply a shortening of the application processing times by the dealer or the Head Office

-their use has no positive effect on the evaluation of the application by the Embassy.

PLEASE NOTE: Visa applicants may encounter, on social media or in everyday life, people who claim to be able to secure appointments and visas in exchange for a fee in addition to the visa cost. It is strongly advised not to rely on such individuals, who have no connection with the Embassy and who operate through an illegal business aimed at defrauding and deceiving potential visa applicants. The Italian Embassy in Tripoli does not recognize the activities of any travel agency or intermediary and may detect any attempts to circumvent the control and protection systems designed to legitimate visa applicants. Please report any suspicious activity via the email address tripoli.visa@esteri.it  so that it can be forwarded to the local and Italian judicial and police authorities.

المبلغ الذي يجب على طالب التأشيرة دفعه يتكون من عنصرين: الرسوم القنصلية (“أ”) وعمولة خدمة التأشيرات (“ب”).

أ.  تختلف الرسوم القنصلية بحسب نوع التأشيرة. تُطبَّق التعريفات الواردة أدناه لدى مركز خدمات التأشيرات ألمافيفا بلاتينوم، ولا يمكن دفعها إلا نقدًا بالعملة المتداولة قانونًا في ليبيا.

ب.  يرجى الملاحظة: قد تخضع الرسوم القنصلية للتغيير في أي وقت.

ج.  عمولة خدمة التأشيرات: تبلغ 258 دينارًا ليبيًا، قابلة للتعديل.

يمكن للمتقدم حسب رغبته اختيار بعض الخدمات الإضافية بمقابل مادي.

انتباه، فيما يتعلق بالخدمات الاختيارية يجب الأخذ بعين الاعتبار ما يلي:
– إنها خدمات إضافية وبمقابل مادي؛
– لا تُعد عنصرًا أساسيًا في طلب التأشيرة؛
– لا يؤدي استخدامها إلى تقليص مدة معالجة الطلب من قبل الجهة المكلفة لأداء الخدمة أو البعثة؛
– لا يترتب على استخدامها أي أثر إيجابي على تقييم الطلب من قبل البعثة.

انتباه: قد يصادف طالب التأشيرة، عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو في الحياة اليومية، أشخاصًا يدّعون قدرتهم على الحصول على مواعيد وتأشيرات مقابل دفع مبالغ إضافية تتجاوز تكلفة التأشيرة. يُنصح بشدة بعدم التعامل مع هذه الجهات، إذ لا تربطها أي علاقة بالسفارة. لا تعترف سفارة إيطاليا في طرابلس بنشاط أي وكالة سفر أو وسيط، ويمكنها رصد أي محاولات لاختراق أنظمة الرقابة والحماية الخاصة بالمتقدمين الشرعيين للحصول على التأشيرة. يرجى الإبلاغ عن أي نشاط مشبوه عبر البريد الإلكتروني tripoli.visa@esteri.it  لاتخاذ ما يلزم من الإجراءات وإبلاغ السلطات القضائية والشرطية المحلية والإيطالية.
